Beautiful 2-bedroom condo at Chautauqua Lake Estates on the shores of Lake Chautauqua. This condo offers all the amenities for a relaxing vacation: a million-dollar view of glorious sunsets, comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and outdoor space. Relax on the hammock, read a book, visit wineries, go antique shopping, or take in a lecture or performance at the world-famous Chautauqua Institution. Just over a 2-hour drive from Cleveland, yet it feels like you're a world away! There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom, two twin trundle beds in the second bedroom, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Access is via 12 steps down from the parking area, so not suitable for those with limited mobility. No children under 5, please, and no pets. This is a non-smoking unit. Blackout dates are June 5-7, 26-28, July 2-5, 10-12, and Labor Day weekend. The pool opens on Memorial Day for weekends only until Father's Day weekend, then opens daily until the end of Labor Day weekend. We will need at least two weeks' notice to schedule their visit. This offering is good for one calendar year from the auction date.
